Do you restock sold-out items?

Some of our pieces are limited edition, but we do restock popular styles whenever possible! Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram for updates.

How do I care for my items?

To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend gentle machine washing in cold water and air drying. Specific care instructions are provided on each product page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please contact us at hello@mylittlewildflower.com.au as soon as possible. We can not promise a change, however we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. 

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment we only ship within Australia, however plan to ship internationally in the near future! Stay tuned. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We also offer free shipping on orders over $150. 

How do I choose the right size?

Each product has a detailed size guide to help you find the perfect fit. If you’re unsure, feel free to message us for advice!

What materials do you use?

We prioritize high-quality, soft, and breathable fabrics perfect for little ones. Each product listing includes specific fabric details.

Are your clothes ethically made?

Yes! We’re committed to ethical sourcing and production, ensuring our pieces are made with care and respect for both people and the planet.

We hope you love your new pieces as much as we do! However, if you do have a change of mind you are welcome to return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order in exchange for a credit note. 

We are only able to offer a full refund if a garment is faulty - if this does occur please email us within 30 days of receipt of purchase with an image of the fault along with your Order Number to hello@mylittlewildflower.com.au for further review.

We are unable to accept any returns/exchanges for items which have been customised.

The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. 

Please note that as we are a small business delivery costs will not be refunded.

SALE ITEMS

Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note. 

EXCHANGES

For all online exchanges, please email hello@mylittlewildflower.com.au with your order number and the items you'd like to return. Once we have received your items you will be issued a credit note for the cost of those items, enabling you to repurchase any new products from our website. 

CREDIT NOTES

A credit note is available for your original order amount (excluding postage) valid for 12 months. We will email you a unique code issued as a gift card to be entered upon checkout.
